Karen Winterhof

Karen Winterhof joined FFL in 2015 and focuses on FFL’s Healthcare Services investments. She is a member of the Board of Directors of New Look Vision Group, US Orthopedic Partners, Orthodontic Partners, and Curo Financial Technologies. She previously served on the board of Crisis Prevention Institute, Eyecare Partners, and Icynene-Lapolla. Prior to joining FFL, Karen worked as a senior associate at Highbridge Principal Strategies in the Specialty Loan Fund. Prior to that, she was an associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in New York. Karen received a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
