Green Bank

Green Bancorp was the bank holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary, Green Bank. On January 1, 2019, Green merged with Veritex Holdings (NASDAQ:VBTX), the holding company for Veritex Community Bank, a commercial bank headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Veritex provides traditional banking products to commercial and retail customers within the major metropolitan areas of Texas.

FFL invested in Green Bancorp in June 2010 as part of a $100 million capital raise which included investments from Pine Brook Road Partners and Harvest Partners.
